God's Will, Plans, Trust

In His Charge

Committing our life to the Lord means entrusting it to His care and guidance. Similarly, we should entrust our plans to Him. Proverbs indicates that while we may make plans in our hearts, it is ultimately God who determines their outcome (16:9). We shouldn’t get discouraged, however, if the plans we make don’t always work out the way we thought they would. An unfulfilled plan does not always imply that God disapproved; it may just mean that the timing was not right.

God knows our hearts and is fully aware of what we are passionate about. By sharing these passions with Him and entrusting them to His care, we demonstrate our faith and trust in His guidance and timing.

When the things that we are passionate about get woven into the will of God, our plans and desires will be fulfilled.
