Sing Sing Sing     

Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises! For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm. _{Psalm 47:6-7}

If your spirit needs a lift today, or if your soul needs to be encouraged, then sing praises to God for this wonderful truth: God is the King of all the earth.

It may feel like the prince of this world has greater influence, but his time is limited and he knows it. He also knows that the Lord, the Most High, is to be feared _v2. So sing; sing out loud with a psalm of praise. The devil won’t hang about you too long when you are worshipping God, for that is what crushes his spirit. Let him be the one to have a bad day.

Clap your hands, all peoples! Shout to God with loud songs of joy! _v1

Sometimes we just need to encourage ourselves, and singing does the soul good.
